Phantom Haze drifts in from the mist, cloaked in the lush intensity of the 2025 New Zealand hops crop. Built on a pillowy base, this 8.2% Hazy Double IPA swirls with tropical saturation. Motueka lays the groundwork in the whirlpool, delivering bright lime and citrus zest, before a huge dry hop unleashes the full spectrum — Nelson Sauvin’s gooseberry and white grape, Motueka’s fresh-squeezed lime, Superdelic’s bursts of sweet candy and tropical punch, and NZH-106’s ripe peach and apricot. We have paired this hop onslaught with Lallemand Pomona yeast, which specialises in biotransformation and providing a dense haze.
